What we offer:

The Programme

The Graduate Development Scheme lasts for two years and will be tailored to meet your specific development needs. The scheme is designed to help you learn about every aspect of Swallowfield and gain a broad business understanding. You will be given the opportunity to work in a variety of roles throughout the organistion.

The first 18 months of the scheme will be divided into six placements approxamately 3 months in each of the following areas:

• Production
• Supply Chain
• Finance
• Sales and Marketing
• Research and Development
• Quality Control

Once you have completed your cross-departmental training, your last 6 months of your programme will be spent working on a specific project relevant to Swallowfield within your chosen field.

Regular reviews will be carried out to ensure the achievement of the training objectives occur in a planned and systematic way. These reviews will provide a summary record of your training and professional development.

Mentor

You will be assigned a mentor at the start of the scheme. The mentor will be available to encourage, guide and assist you whenever necessary. The mentor will maintain contact with you throughout the scheme.
