Update on Strategy and current plans

We have reviewed the underlying strengths of the business and recognise that we have a high quality customer base, products that consumers want to buy and high calibre people. These are the essential characteristics necessary for a high performance business. As part of this review, we have changed our overriding purpose to:

"Creating and Delivering Solutions for our Customers' Success".

This purpose will be achieved by our continuously improving delivery of four key business objectives; Innovation, Quality, Cost and Delivery (or service levels). These four objectives are underpinned by ensuring we have people who are properly trained and motivated to succeed and by ensuring we operate in a safe environment.
